Yes — if you have not yet submitted a video generation request, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Please drop us a note in the contact form above and we'll reply within 1 business day. Once you have generated even a single video with the credits, refunds are not available, per Section 6 of our Terms.
Card payments are processed securely through Stripe. Korean users can also pay by bank transfer, with a 20% discount applied to bank-transfer payments.
Yes. On the bank-transfer checkout, enter your business registration number to receive a tax invoice, or your phone number to receive a cash receipt.
No. Once purchased, credits never expire and remain usable for as long as your account is active.
1 credit = 1 second of video. A 15-second video uses 15 credits, a 30-second video uses 30. You can pick any length between 8 and 30 seconds.
You do. Videos generated through vid.quelsuite belong to the paying user and can be used commercially — Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, ad creatives, anywhere. Please only upload assets (logos, photos) that you have rights to. Third-party rights infringement is the user's responsibility.
The most common causes are international payment blocks (Stripe is treated as international by Korean issuers), card limits, and 3D Secure verification. Ask your issuer to enable international payments, or use bank transfer (20% off). If it still fails, send us a note above with the issuer, time, and error message.
